Dear readers,

If you’ve been wondering where I’ve been since our last event in December, I wanted to share a little update. This winter, I’ve been navigating some health challenges that have required me to slow down and step back from hosting events and pop-ups for a while... and first, thank you for noticing. It means more than you know.

Beyond the Covers has always been built on community, joy, and showing up fully, and I want to make sure that when I gather with you all again, I can do so with the energy and care you deserve.

While I rest and focus on healing, the shop isn’t going anywhere. This spring will just look a little different:

• Limited merch drops online
• Book sales through our partners at Bookshop, LibroFM, and Pango Books
• Virtual book club conversations
• Cozy chats in our Discord community

If you’d like to keep supporting the shop during this quieter season, every order, share, and kind word truly helps sustain this space while I recover.

I’m hopeful to return to in-person events in the late spring, and I can’t wait for the day we’re back together to celebrate all things bookish and lovely again.
