What's on - Week of September 21st

My Picks

Obviously I'm plugging my own (free) event, a book swap and The Love Hypothesis watch party at Social Beer Garden on Wednesday, September 23rd. Book swap is from 7 - 8, and the movie will be shown out back on the big screen starting at 8 PM.

On Saturday night, you can find me working the merch table at Queer Homecoming at Pearl Bar from 9 PM - 2 AM! Cover is only $6 and you get $3 off merch when you do any of the civic engagement activations. Club Shugga spinning tunes, drag performances, photobooth, dance the night away, and more! 21+ only. My next pick would be the Big Book Sale happening this Saturday September 26th, hosted by Friends of the Fort Bend County Libraries. Free entry, books are priced 50 cents to $2, with special items slightly higher. Cash only, and no bills larger than $20. Proceeds fund programming for all ages at University Branch Library. Learn more at fortbendlibraries.gov
