✨ About the Event

In honor of Banned Books Week, we're throwing another grown up book fair, this time inspired by 1984 and benefiting Houston Public Libraries. This outdoor evening market will feature authors, artists, and bookish small businesses.

📐 Booth Options + Fees

All spaces are outdoor only and require you to bring your own setup (table, chairs, tent, etc.). Wi-Fi is included for all vendors. Electricity is available only for select downstairs spaces, by request and first come, first served.

All vendors will be contributing a flat fee donation alongside their booth fee. This donation is made directly to the non-profit so that you can write it off for tax purposes. Proof of donation will be required.

We have the following options available:

• Author Tables (4 Ft Table, Outlet Access on Request): $25 + $10 Donation
• Compact Setup (4 x 6 Space, Downstairs, No Outlet Access): $50 + $25 Donation
• Upstairs 10 x 10 (No Elevator): $50 + $25 Donation
• Downstairs 10 x 10 (No Outlet Access): $60 + $25 Donation
• Downstairs 10 x 10 (With Outlet Access): $70 + $25 Donation

☔ Refund Policy

This is a rain or shine event. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled entirely due to unsafe weather conditions.

📅 Timeline

• Setup begins at 4 PM
• All vendors must be set up by 5:45 PM
• Event runs from 6-10 PM.
• Breakdown begins after 10 PM (no early departures).
