Thank you for applying to participate in a Beyond the Covers event! If you’ve received an acceptance email confirming your spot, you’re in the right place — please use this page to submit your booth payment and secure your space.

⚠️ Please do not purchase this item unless you have received an official invitation from Beyond the Covers.
Unauthorized purchases will be refunded minus any transaction fees.

  • Your vendor booth fee for the event selected
  • Access to provided amenities (Wi-Fi and electricity if noted)
  • Marketing support (promo graphics, social tags, etc.)

📌 Important Terms & Conditions

1. Rain or Shine
All events are held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather. If applicable, events may be relocated indoors at the venue’s discretion.

2. Donations Required
Each event includes a required donation to the designated nonprofit partner.

We request that donations be made separately and directly to the nonprofit so that you may claim it for tax purposes. You will receive follow-up instructions on how to donate.

Proof of donation must be submitted within 7 days of the event. Failure to provide proof of donation may affect your eligibility for future events.

3. No Refunds
Booth fees are nonrefundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible so we may offer your spot to a waitlisted vendor.

4. Promotion Requirement
Vendors are expected to actively promote the event on social media. We’ll provide event graphics and suggested copy to make it easy. If you do not share publicly or do not have a public-facing account, we may not be able to approve your application. Failure to promote may affect your eligibility for future events.

5. Provide Your Own Setup
All vendors must bring their own table, canopy (if outdoors), chairs, and displays. Electricity may be available in designated spots and must be requested in advance.

6. 21+ Requirement
Many of our events are hosted at bars and other 21+ venues. As such, we request that all participating vendors be 21 years of age or older.
